I was browsing Amazon earlier this week when I happened on the cover and description of the second book in the Empire of Storms trilogy and just knew right away I had to make it my Waiting on Wednesday pick. I really enjoyed the first book Hope and Red and I’m looking forward to the sequel.

I haven’t started this series but when I saw the cover, I immediately knew what one it belonged to. I love that when it happens! Great choice and I hope you love it!

“Hope and Red” is one of the books I keep reminding myself I need to read. On the other hand, waiting a little means I can read the whole series without having to wait between books, which is very difficult for me 🙂

Yeah I think this is a trilogy…and hopefully this also means book 3 won’t be too far behind so you can binge 🙂

The cover art for this series is on point! I’ve read a couple of Skovron’s YA books and enjoyed them a lot.

This one looks interesting. I might have to give the series a shot. I like that’s a trilogy. I’m always hesitant to start a new series where it looks like the author plans to keep writing books for it until they’re beating a dead horse.
