I was very excited to find out about The Impossible Us by Sarah Lotz, as I’m a huge fan of her work. I’ve mostly read her horror and thriller though, so this one, described as a parallel world romance, seems quite bit different. Looking forward to checking it out!

Parallel worlds stories can be fun and have so much potential. Though different, it reminds me of the anime movie, Your Name, though that one was two people in different times instead of parallel worlds. Beautiful story if you haven’t seen it (as is everything by that writer/director, he’s one of my favorites).

I saw this the other day and was thinking how different it sounds from her other books! The story immediately reminded me of the movie The Lake House.
